Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AutoApply, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. AutoApply is operated by the AutoApply team, Sydney, NSW, Australia.

1. Service Description

AutoApply is an AI-powered job application automation service that submits applications on your behalf through Seek.com.au's Quick Apply feature. The service uses artificial intelligence to tailor your resume and cover letter to each job listing, score job relevance against your profile, and submit applications automatically. AutoApply is operated by the AutoApply team, based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AutoApply. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are either an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or hold valid authorization to work in Australia. You represent that the information provided in your profile and resume is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created via Google OAuth sign-in. You may only maintain one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing accounts with other individuals is not permitted. AutoApply reserves the right to terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a free trial consisting of 5 Pro-quality AI-tailored job applications. No credit card is required to start the free trial. The free trial is available once per person and may not be transferred or reused across multiple accounts. After the trial is exhausted, a paid subscription is required to continue applying.

5. Subscription & Billing

AutoApply offers the following subscription plans, billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST:

• Starter Plan: $19.99/week or $49.99/month • Pro Plan: $159.99/week or $499.99/month

All subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your nominated payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize AutoApply to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice via email.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@autoapply.com.au within 7 days of the charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AutoApply only with your own genuine resume and accurate employment history. You must not create fake profiles, misrepresent your qualifications, or use the service to apply to jobs you are clearly unqualified for in bad faith. You must not use AutoApply to spam employers or submit applications in violation of Seek's terms of service. Abuse of the platform including attempts to circumvent usage limits or damage employer relationships may result in account suspension.

8. Seek.com.au Disclaimer

AutoApply is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Seek Limited or Seek.com.au. "Seek" and "Seek.com.au" are trademarks of Seek Limited. Use of AutoApply is subject to Seek's own terms of service, and you remain responsible for compliance with Seek's platform rules. AutoApply makes no guarantee that Seek's platform will remain compatible with this service.

9. Gmail Access

AutoApply requests read-only access to your Gmail account via the gmail.readonly OAuth scope. This access is used solely to retrieve Seek.com.au sign-in verification codes necessary to authenticate your Seek session. AutoApply does not read, store, index, or use any other emails in your inbox. Gmail access can be revoked at any time from your Google account settings, though this will affect the bot's ability to log in to Seek.

10. Data Handling

Your resume, cover letters, and application data are stored encrypted in AWS S3 (Sydney, ap-southeast-2 region). We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@autoapply.com.au. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Application history may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

AutoApply provides automation tools but makes no guarantee that use of the service will result in job interviews, job offers, or any employment outcome. The quality of job matching and resume tailoring depends on the information you provide. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AutoApply's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

12. Service Availability

AutoApply is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control (including changes to Seek's platform). We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance via email or in-app notification.

13. Termination

AutoApply reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. If we terminate your account without cause, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of AutoApply after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms is always available at autoapply.com.au/terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
